Hi Viviane. I do have the book. The large book in the photo and the smaller A5 ring binder. Can you remember which book it was in? I'll look it out in the weekend.

I came across your site while trying to find a recipe. It was from the TimeLife Books - Italy. I see that you are talking about it. Do you have the book? If you do, could you please do me the greatest favour and and post the recipe in it for the Lasagne with the ragu bolognese. I have been making this every Christmas Eve for many, many years. It is not the traditional lasagne and because it is unique, we only cook it on that day. We have sold our house and I have packed my books away. My memory is not good enough to remember all the quantities. I am praying you have this recipe and can help me out. Thanks
