I was introduced to Gas by a freind and fell in love with the Mediteranian eggs for breakfast, when ever i get to Melbourne i move heaven and earth to get there. It can take a wile to get a seat but that is a happens when the food is great.

What a fantastic place for a coffee. Thouroughly enjoyed nyself and I am now making GAS my Sth Melb meeting place for meetings. Well doen guys and continue the good work. I will be back 2:30pm today for another meeting!!!

Prefer staff at Red Star up the road opposite South Melbourne Market. GAS is our second favourite. Well done.

This place does serve fabulous looking food. However, if you are there as group on the weekend, do expect to be treated like a school kid and shouted at if your friend arrives 5 mins late.
As sad as it sounds, I have to warn you, the service at Gas Eatery and Supplies is rude and inefficient.
